Thank you for shopping with SLPrints. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized printed items (since they are made specifically for you).
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Items that are intimate or sanitary in nature.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Sale items

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, email us at info@slprints.com

    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
    • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

    Custom & Unique Printed Items

    Since many of our products are custom-printed and unique, please note that returns are generally not accepted for change of mind. We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
